- Pre-Licensed Professionals
I am a Clinical Social Work Associate based in the Eugene area, working with individuals to provide trauma-informed care that supports each person in showing up as their authentic self. My background includes working with clients from diverse backgrounds and in various mental health settings. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage, along with a graduate certification in Children’s Mental Health.
My approach focuses on the whole individual, drawing from various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive arts therapy, and a strengths-based perspective. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families in school and community mental health settings, specializing in areas such as anxiety, ADHD, self-doubt, depression, grief and loss, and homelessness.
Your mental health is my priority, and it is an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.
