I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Through a holistic and personalized approach to care, I seek to help my patients thrive. With my diverse background, I’ve had the privilege of caring for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals, families, and communities. I prioritize a patient-centered approach, value collaboration, and empower my clients to overcome challenges. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Post-Masters Certificate specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Georgia State University. I also have a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA. I’m here to guide you toward lasting wellness and look forward to partnering with you on your journey to better mental health. I am deeply committed to patient care and making a meaningful impact on those struggling with psychological challenges. As a dual board-certified NP, I take a holistic approach to care, recognizing the connection between mental and physical health. I am passionate about improving access to quality mental health care and ensuring individuals receive compassionate, evidence-based treatment. My goal is to meet people where they are, providing support, guidance, and healing while addressing barriers to care. I tailor my approach by building therapeutic relationships with each patient, listening to their goals and values. I assess their unique needs and involve them in setting collaborative treatment goals. I respect patient preferences for care, which includes making adjustments that align with cultural beliefs. Open communication and scheduled check-ins ensure the treatment plan stays aligned with their needs, while respecting autonomy.

Having a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and valued is essential. I warmly invite you into a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore who you are and what your needs are in order to heal and grow. I deeply believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and I use a collaborative approach to support you in exploring, understanding, and shaping your path forward. I work with clients in both an individual and relationship capacity, helping people deepen their understanding of themselves, their connections, and their emotional intimacy with others. My areas of specialization include chronic illness, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergence, trauma-related dissociation, and complex trauma. As a queer, trans, and neurodiverse therapist, I know how difficult it can be to take this step. I am here to support you, exactly as you are, with care and understanding. The freedom of life after high school was supposed to feel different than this. The college and young adult years are full of possibility with new experiences, new independence, and the freedom to begin shaping life on your own terms. It’s exciting to explore who you are and what you want, with so many paths open ahead. But that same freedom has left you frozen in fear. With so many new experiences, choices, and no clear “right” answers, it’s easy to slip into second-guessing, pressure, or self-doubt. You’ve gone from knowing exactly what you were doing and excelling to feeling lost and suddenly feeling that perfect 4.0 slipping away. What should feel like possibility can quickly start to feel like a burden and you just want someone to tell you what to do with your life. I help high-achieving students like you gain clarity and perspective as they tackle these exciting, yet sometimes anxiety provoking, milestones because feeling at home in your studies, career, and connections is essential to living a fulfilled life.

I am a Physician Assistant experienced in working in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. I diagnose and help patients to manage conditions including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, sleep issues, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and much more. Through medication management, I aspire to help my patients manage their conditions as best as possible by using the least amount of medication in order to manage their symptoms. I also am familiar with over-the-counter / naturopathic approaches to mental health and how using these vitamins as adjuncts to medication can often work synergistically with psychiatric meds. I know that medications aren’t always the only method to improve your mental health, so oftentimes I refer my patients to counseling and therapy too. Originally from the state of FL, I graduated from then University of FL with my bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies before earning my PA degree from the University of South Alabama in 2020. I was recently awarded a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry by the NCCPA.

Hi, I’m Sierra (she/her)! I help queer, neurodivergent people-pleasers swap burnout for boundaries and self-doubt for self-love. As a lesbian woman with ADHD raised in the Bible Belt, I know what it’s like to feel both “too much” and “not enough” all at once. If you’ve found yourself here, it probably means… - You’ve spent years assuming you were broken because you’ve never had the language for the very real symptoms you’re experiencing. For example, difficulty estimating how long something will take (time imperception) or losing hours to reflecting on an interaction to make sure you’re not a bad person (scrupulosity). - You wonder, “Do other people struggle with this, or is it just me?” - You overthink social cues constantly, unsure what people want you to say or do, while everyone else seems to just know. - Asking for help feels impossible, especially from authority figures, because fear and self-doubt have been running the show. - Therapy in the past felt like explaining Queerness 101, impeding on your ability to make progress. It also means you’re ready to take the first steps towards… - Discovering you’re not broken, you’re human, and your experiences have names, explanations, and solutions. - Realizing you’re not alone. Countless people have struggled with the very same things, and most of them lead fulfilling lives. - Feeling worthy of taking up space and receiving help, even in spaces that used to feel intimidating. - An affirming therapeutic space where you are truly held and encouraged to be your full self by someone who has walked a similar path (I see you, aro/ace spectrum babes). - Integrating all parts of yourself, even the shadowy parts, into a new story where you are the main character, moving through life with confidence, clarity, and authentic self-expression. This is your invitation to come as you are, messy parts and all, and explore self-compassion, authenticity, and personal growth in a space that sees and values you. Every “should” you obey costs you the life you could have been making. Don’t wait to start reclaiming your time, energy, and peace! Your softer, freer life can begin today.

My name is Elizabeth Bryant. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming couples therapist trained in both Gottman and Developmental Model Couples therapy I have come to learn that not every size fits all. Bringing two different people with their own unique backgrounds, life experiences, and values is bound to be tricky. Trying to build a life with someone is wonderful but a challenging adventure to embark on. I work with a variety of couples including but not limited to LGBTQIA+, monogamous, polyamorous, heterosexual, interracial, and neurodivergent. The majority of the couples I work with are looking for a new way forward together but are facing challenges that often feel unresolvable without guidance. It takes courage, vulnerability, patience, open communication and a genuine desire to heal and grow. It is not a journey taken lightly but together we can create a path towards deeper connection and a joy-filled relationship.

As a psychotherapist, I create a safe space whereby building a relationship, unraveling issues, demystifying oneself, voicing hopes and dreams, and developing wisdom and insight, one can emerge from (and exist in) the forest that is life with a deeper understanding of how to navigate one's mind and the world around us. It is my philosophy that great psychotherapy not only addresses the issues on the table, but also guides one towards greater overall life fulfillment. I have extensive experience is CBT, ACT, psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches working with a variety of populations, mental barriers and social challenges. By developing together the skills of psychological flexibility, I aim to equip you with the skills to successfully endure future hardships on your own in an imperfect world where negative experiences and events are outside of our control. In turn, allowing you to live a life that is gratifying, authentic, rich, purposeful and well-adapted. Aside from my academic training, my psychotherapy approach is also informed by my own queer identity, my multicultural immigrant background, existential worldview, social justice, and the realities of people of working class and low socio-economic experiences. Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, dating challenges, or life transitions? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I love working with college students seeking clarity, peace, and confidence—whether you're adjusting to campus life, preparing for the future, or feeling emotionally stuck and alone. Originally from Houston, Texas and now based in Atlanta, I’ve been fully licensed since 2018 and practicing since 2012. My early work focused on adolescents and families affected by substance use, but I found my sweet spot working with young adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and identity development. Whether you're facing college anxiety, academic pressure, or relationship concerns, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can process emotions and grow at your own pace. Therapy with me is relaxed, empowering, and rooted in real-life support. Healing isn’t instant, but it starts with being open, heard, and supported. Let’s take that first step—together.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. – Ralph Waldo Emerson Hello. I boast a very diverse work history, passion for people, and an integrative approach to caring for the whole patient across the lifespan.
