Hi! I'm a clinical social worker with 14 years of experience treating eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma. I also have experience working with veterans and active-duty military, in both VA and active-duty setting. My clients typically come to therapy grappling with uncertainty, high stress, or loneliness in their lives. Sometimes they are feeling intense emotions, or behaving in ways that are confusing and frustrating for them. They may be feeling disconnected from other people, or feeling overly worried about how others perceive them. They are seeking more connection, peace and balance in their day-to-day.

You’re thoughtful, capable, and often the one others rely on—but inside, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. Many of my clients struggle with overgiving, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship stress, or burnout. I help you understand your patterns, strengthen your voice, and build healthier, more balanced relationships so you can feel grounded, respected, and more like yourself again. I specialize in helping high-functioning adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Using a trauma-informed, integrative approach (CBT, DBT, EMDR), I support you in setting boundaries, regulating emotions, and creating healthier patterns in your life and relationships. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. If you’re ready to feel more supported, clear, and emotionally grounded, therapy can help you move forward with confidence and intention. I’d be honored to support you in this next chapter. My mission is to help people heal, grow and thrive - so they can achieve their goals and improve their lives. Are you feeling pressure to perform in the classroom, on the field/court/rink, in the studio/on stage, or any other extracurricular? Are you struggling to figure out what direction to go in academically or professionally? Are you feeling tied down from your past or worried about the impending future? Are you dealing with current, here-and-now distress? These stressors and uncertainties can be overwhelming and therapy is the right place to explore them, cultivate insight around them, and develop ways to overcome. Therapy is a tool to support you in accepting the things you can't change and building capacity to effectively change the things that you can- it's a balancing act. Life is too short to spend our time suffering unnecessarily or spinning our wheels trying to effect change. If you are reading this, you are probably already responding to a felt need for support- this is a good thing! Now it's time to do one of the hardest parts- get started. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, goal-directed, and guided by on-going feedback. I balance compassionate, non-judgmental support with encouragement to take thoughtful, measured risks- helping clients build confidence in their capacity to tolerate, move through, heal, and grow from life’s challenges. If you feel that now is the time, I'd love to hear from you and I'd be happy to set up a consultation call to figure out if we'd be a good fit. Please reach out!

I love clients who are curious about themselves and their relationships and are just looking for a safe place to talk. I bring much the same warmth, humor, and energy to my work that I do to my friendships. I'll remember your birthday and the name of the pet you had growing up, and the fact that you were anxious about that text you got last week. If you're anxious about therapy, or have had a bad experience in the past, that's a great place to start, and if you're ready to dive in, we can do that too.

As a neurodivergent clinician, I have found myself particularly well suited to working with clients with ADHD, AuDHD, PTSD, PDA and/or who are autistic. I also have over a 15 years of experience working with trauma survivors and LGBTQ+ communities. Many of my clients found past experiences of talk therapy unhelpful or helpful only as “maintenance” while larger issues were neglected. I focus on two specific therapies, EMDR and IFS, that go deeper to address underlying issues. I also center the unique needs of neurodivergent clients and include ways to help manage distress and recognize stressors. For many neurodivergent clients, therapy approaches such as CBT have backfired. For example, treating autistic burnout with strategies from CBT to manage depression can actually worsen exhaustion and burnout. Similarly, using exposure therapy to address anxiety primarily caused by social and sensory issues related to ADHD or autism may cause further distress. I center neurodivergent experiences in my approach to therapy and help clients explore strategies to reduce sensory and emotional overload and recover from burnout. If you are finding yourself spending your energy just trying to get through the day, it is time to start working towards a better future. Let's work together to help you level up your life.

Are you seemingly okay on the outside, but uncomfortable and anxious underneath? Do relationships with family, friends, or romantic partners feel stressful? Perhaps you are struggling to figure out your path in college or after graduation? It’s really hard to navigate relationships and decisions for yourself now, for the first time! I believe college and your 20s are the most important time where you can shape your future by learning about yourself. Often, you grow up not really knowing you are and who you want to be, and feel lost when you try to figure this out. I’d love to support you as you navigate this time by really listening and understanding you, providing non-judgmental guidance and empathy, and asking you helpful questions. I focus on issues with life transitions (yes college and graduation), self esteem, anxiety, interpersonal conflict and communication, dating, perfectionism, break-ups, and stress. Common goals include reducing anxiety, finding a suitable partner, building connection, stronger communication, creating healthy boundaries, finding purpose/career, managing life transitions, and increasing coping skills and confidence. My clients don't fill empty spots! This is my passion and you are so important to me; I remember details and strategize between sessions ensuring you receive the best care in return for your commitment to therapy.

I help people to heal from past trauma and hurtful experiences so that they can decrease anxiety, increase feelings of self-worth and develop authentic relationships. Together we will address the underlying patterns and fears that are keeping you in survival-mode so that you develop the confidence and courage to move toward the life you want to live. You may be struggling with: Difficulty in relationships or creating a healthy relationship. Constantly people-pleasing. Shame and low self-esteem. Feeling like you have to hide part of yourself. Anxiety holding you back. A challenging relationship with your body. Feeling held back in this way is deeply painful. My job is not to fix you (because you're not broken), but to work with you to address the underlying patterns and fear. During our sessions, we may explore how unhealthy patterns and limiting self-beliefs play a role in where you are struggling. I work without judgment of your truth is, where you currently are, or where it is you’d like to go. I integrate my background in energy psychology and training as a meditation teacher into my work. I blend trauma-informed, attachment, and somatic interventions into my work with clients.
