Choosing to start therapy is a brave and meaningful step, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on this journey. My approach focuses on creating a welcoming, compassionate space where we can explore your experiences together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, identity exploration, or significant life transitions, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, with a specialization in working with LGBTQ+ couples and families. My background includes experience in Crisis Counseling through The Trevor Project, where I had the privilege of supporting LGBTQ+ youth during some of their most difficult moments. I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples work through relationship complexities, identity concerns, and the pressures of society. Whether you’re healing from family rejection, seeking to improve communication, or striving to build resilience, I’m committed to helping you foster healing and deeper connections. My therapeutic approach integrates models like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, which enable me to address relational dynamics, empower clients to reshape their narratives and provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. My ultimate goal is to help you cultivate a sense of belonging while honoring your unique path.

I am a Licensed LMHC by the University of NYS, bilingual in both English and Spanish. I began my career in 1988 as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the University of Buenos Aires with a concentration in Psychoanalysis and Psychological Testing. I later became a Psycho-dramatist dealing with Psychodynamic interventions, as well as Behavioral techniques and Counseling. I have over 30 years of experience. 2. I began working for the National Argentinean Board of Education where I created, implemented and led psycho-dramatic seminaries, helping principals and teachers at intermediate and elementary schools. Most of these individuals do not speak English and the vast majority of them are unable to understand the complexity and intricacy of U.S. immigration laws even in their native Spanish. They may not even be aware that they have pending court cases, and may not appear at a scheduled hearing, which often leads to very serious consequences 4. Life so far has been fairly manageable. However, you are now experiencing emotions you have never experienced before. Life has changed for better or worse, and you are finding it difficult to cope and comprehend your reaction. It is hard to pinpoint what you are feeling, and it may make it difficult to communicate to the ones you love. Perhaps a specific memory has come up for you and you are taken by surprise. Why is this happening now? You want answers. You want to gain a better understanding of what you are experiencing and how to move forward. My passion lies in helping others build confidence, find their voice, and connect to what matters most within as they navigate the many twists and unexpected turns life may present itself with. It is a great honor to be welcomed into the sharing of one's unique life experiences. I truly enjoy walking alongside the individuals I have the pleasure of working with on their journey to gaining a better understanding of themselves and what they want out of life. If this resonates with you, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

I work with relationship issues and sexuality, certified as a Relationship Therapist through the Gottman Institute of Seattle. I am also certified as a Sex Therapist through AASECT, the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists. Several years ago I realized I am autistic and now I address issues experienced by people who are autistic/ Asperger's or those who wonder whether they may carry that diagnosis. I also see people with other forms of neurodivergence such as ADHD. Originally I am from Boston and grew up in a working class family with a commitment to political activism. I am licensed in NY and FL as well as Oregon and Washington State. Although I offer some reduced fee spots I am sorry to say they are consistently full.
